How to request a refund

Email hello@shotofjoy.com with your order number and reason, and our team will guide you through the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery, with photo proof, to hello@shotofjoy.com (see our Shipping Policy). We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
